Trial Policy
- When buying a used saddle, we encourage you to take it for a test ride!
Saddles
going out of the area are shipped via Fed Ex ground, fully insured, usually within 24
hours of receipt of money order. Personal checks will need to clear
before shipping. (Local clients - click here for
pick up / delivery options). There is an option to pay with credit card via Paypal, however there is a 3% fee for credit-card transactions.
Tracking numbers are provided to buyers as soon as the saddle is shipped.
This way, seller and buyer can track shipping and delivery. Buyer is
to cover the shipping and insurance cost. Estimates for this are provided
by www.ups.com; costs generally run between $25-$49, depending on distance
and the value of the saddle. Saddle may be tried for fit. We ask that
you treat saddles carefully when doing so. If saddle does not fit and
buyer wishes to return it, he or she may do so within 7 days of receipt
of saddle. The saddle price will be immediately refunded upon receipt
of saddle, providing there is no damage. "New" saddles, must
look NEW for a full refund (no stirrup leather marks or scratches).
Seller reserves the right to make deduction if any damage results from
trial. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Saddle trials
are most successful if we do a good job of communicating throughout
the process. Emails are answered promptly, and you are welcome to phone
if you'd like. I'm always happy to answer questions, and do my best
to accurately describe each item that is offered!
- Items
listed as "On Hold" are on a
4 day hold to permit time for payment to arrive.
- Items
listed as "On Trial" have been
shipped to the buyer for a 7-day trial. Item may be returned to stock,
so please check back.
